A Dutch national, Frits joined Alchemy in 2006 as a Partner to establish the Alchemy Special Opportunities business. He was previously at Bank of America where he was Head of European High Yield Capital Markets and also at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.
He has a degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona. He speaks Dutch, English, Spanish, French and German.
