Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund LP

ASOF is a Guernsey resident limited partnership with £300m of commitments.

The Fund's aim is to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns principally by investing in debt and equity securities of European companies that are in financial distress or other special situations, primarily through non majority control situations.

The fund is managed by Alchemy Special Opportunities LLP (“ASOP”), a London based FSA authorised investment management firm.

The Fund focuses on investing in longer-term, less liquid situations where Alchemy believes there is a favourable competitive environment.
